This RS485 IoT gateway serves as a data acquisition tool tailored for industrial settings. Its primary role is to streamline communication between RS485 and WiFi/Ethernet modules.

Operating as a versatile serial server, it accommodates MQTT and Modbus gateways while also functioning as an RS485 to HTTPD client. Its core capabilities encompass serial to Ethernet, serial to WiFi, and Ethernet to WiFi communication.

Power is supplied via a screw terminal compatible with 5V to 36V power inputs. Constructed with V0 Flame-Retardant material, its housing ensures safety and durability. Its versatility makes it suitable for various applications such as IoT gateways, data acquisition, intelligent instrument monitoring, and IoT security solutions.

Serial Command Mode

Data transmission to multiple servers without requiring restart. You can send data to the server according to the protocol.

Transparent Transmission Mode

Supports TCP Client, TCP Server, UDP Client, and UDP Server.

MQTT Function

Subscribe to MQTT client messages and publish information to the server. The device supports the publication of 6 topics and subscription of 6 messages enhancing the applicability in different scenarios. You can view information about the device through Cloud platforms or terminal devices.

HTTPD Client Mode

Once you use the web page or AT command to set the HTTP header, this module can receive data from and send data to the HTTP server.

AT Command Mode

Send AT commands to set related parameters or get the current status of the module.

Modbus Gateway Support

Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP Interconversion Mode.

Multiple Configuration Methods

Configure the device using the web browser, hosts, or serial port.

User-Defined Registration Packet

You can use the registration/heartbeat packet to register the device on the server. This way, the server can easily identify the device.

Socket Distribution

Send data to specific socket connection on transparent transmission mode. Data and network of each socket connection can be transferred through the serial port to the serial device.
