
Banana Pi M4 aka BPI-M4 1GB RAM 8GB eMMC (Realtek Quad-Core RTD1395)
The BPI-M4 also known as Banana Pi M4 comes with a Realtek SoC RTD1395 Cortex-A53. The processor is based on 64-bit architecture and has four cores. In addition to the quad-core SoC, Banana Pi M4 has an 8GB eMMC. The board carries a Mali470MP4 Graphics Processing Unit. RAM on the BPI-M4 is 1GB DDR4 and you can also use the optional 2GB RAM on this Mini PC. The eMMC flash is compatible with max. 64GB and there is also a MicroSD slot that is compatible with up to 256GB Card. Banana Pi M4 has an onboard WiFi module 802.11 b/g/n/ac.
