Getting Started with HDMI e-Paper Monitor

The 10.3-inch e-Paper Monitor is compatible with a PC (with HDMI port), Raspberry Pi, and NVIDIA Jetson Nano. The resolution of the screen is 1872x1404 pixels and it is based on the Microcapsule Electrophoretic Technology.

This technology doesn’t use blue light. It means that your eyes don’t feel the stress that is caused when sitting in front of the conventional electronic displays for a long time.

Paper-Like Experience that is Better for Your Eyes

Following is the working principle of the 10.3-inch e-Paper HDMI Monitor:

  • In absence of the electric field, the charged particles stay suspended within the clear fluid
  • As soon as the electric field turns on, the particles move towards the edges of the microcapsule
  • The ambient light reflection makes the microcapsule visible
  • The display is similar to that of the ink printed on the paper
